I paint quick, charming portraits of your guests during your celebration, keeping everyone entertained and giving them a unique memento.
The couple always receives a painting on the day, and you can also choose to add a larger, more detailed newlywed artwork that captures extra elements such as your venue or ceremony.

How Does it work?
Photos

I take reference photos and paint from those in order, so I can capture every guest without anyone needing to wait around.

Set Up

It works best if I’m set up somewhere your guests can easily see me, so no one misses out. I’m more than happy for people to stop by and watch me paint as I work. I’ll just need a table and access to a plug socket for my equipment.
Timings

I usually start painting at the drinks reception: I keep your guests entertained while you are getting photos taken! Another option is the evening part of your day - as evening guests arrive.
Each painting takes me around 6 minutes per person (~12 mins per couple etc).

Collect

Once each piece is finished, I display it on a mini easel at my table. I kindly ask that guests wait to collect their paintings until you’ve had a chance to view them first.
Travel
I am happy to travel anywhere in Scotland! First 50 miles of the round trip from my home in Greenock are free. Travel is charged at £0.50 per mile afterward.
To secure your date I require a 25% booking fee of the total package along with a signed contract.
Dates are held for 7 days from the contract being sent.
